      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check with Fidelity, but I believe that, as long as this was a direct rollover of a 401k into a new 401k, it does not get a 1099-R. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If these were independent employers, a Form 1099-R is probably required and should have code G in box 7.&amp;nbsp; Your Forms 1099-R are available for download from the Fidelity website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
