      <description>&lt;P&gt;A rollover from a 401(k) to a traditional IRA is nontaxable and therefore does not add to AGI which is used as the starting point for any modifications to AGI.&amp;nbsp; Only taxable distributions add to AGI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
