Box 12 code for SIMPLE plan

I still can’t file my return because of this box on my W-2. It doesn’t give me any options or help or tips at all anymore, it gets me stuck in a loop of telling me I have an issue to review, and when I click continue it brings me to edit my W-2 and tells me to make sure it’s correct, which it is. When I click continue it brings me back to the screen telling me there’s one issue to review. And on top of that, I can no longer find the option to upgrade to live deluxe, even after asking the chat bot for help. So I’m now set up for a meeting for the full service to see what I need to do, which is almost double the cost now.

Please return to your W-2 entry and enter the Box 12 number without the cents. I

If asked to confirm this number later in TurboTax please also use the whole dollar amount.

This should clear the error and allow you to file your tax return.
