    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, I have two different opinions here. one from a tax expert and comments from two others.&amp;nbsp; It seems to me that I should not have to pay taxes on&amp;nbsp; the atty fee amount, because that money will produce double taxation. One from me and the other from the atty whom I paid.&amp;nbsp; But it is included in the box 5 amount.&amp;nbsp; I will contact the IRS to be sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
