What form are you trying to enter? Under Address Type the default is a US Address

Retirement 1099R. TT asking for payer's country. List of countries does not include USA to go with address for St Paul, Mn.

Can not proceed without completing review.

Go back and delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

On my test return, on the screen for entering the Providers information, I entered St Paul Minnesota and zip code related to St. Paul. The Address Type box has US. Address, Not Foreign Country. Completed the Form 1099-R with no errors.
