I never received a new 1099-r this year since it doesnt apply this year

If you did not have a withdrawal from the retirement fund in 2023, delete the Form 1099-R

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

As DoninGa mentioned, to delete the 1099-R:

Go to Wages and Income
Choose Edit/Add under IRA, 401(k), and Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
Find the form that you want to delete
Click Delete.

After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and verify that the form has been deleted. Check your tax return to verify that the result is correct.
