I withdrew money from my IRA and then put some of it back into that account. How do I record this on my taxes?

After you complete the entry of the Form 1099-R for the withdrawal there will be a screen asking what you did with the money - Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions, the screen will be asking What did you do with the money

Select Moved the money to another retirement account (or returned it to the same retirement account)
