"Check This Entry" Issue Preventing E-File

I have completed all work on my 2023 Turbo Tax return and am ready to e-file it, but keep getting an error saying that Form W-2: Box 12 code S Should not be greater than the value in box 12 with code S for this W-2, which makes no sense and seems like a bug. I have tried adjusting the amount in the box up and down one cent to see if that resolves the issue, but it doesn't. There is no way for me to get past the error and it is preventing me from e-filing. I don't want to paper file my return. I have already paid for using TurboTax and am very frustrated that they have my money and I am unable to e-file my return due to this issue.

There was a software update released yesterday that should correct this problem

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen
Click on Check for Updates

I'm not using a desktop program, just a browser.

Close TurboTax. Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Sign back onto TurboTax - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
