      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;if you do not have information related to box 9a or 9b on your Form 1099-R, then just make sure to leave this information blank (no amount and no $0) and this should get rid of the error and allow you to efile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you are still getting an error message, then delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter the information without putting any $0 amounts in boxes that are meant to be blank.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
