      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you took money from a 401k in 2023 you are going to get a 1099R which must be entered on your 2023 tax return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Those are usually sent by late January or early February.&amp;nbsp; If they do not mail it to you, you might need to go on their website to get it.&lt;/P&gt;
