      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's a Roth IRA, contributions to your IRA don't get reported on your tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your broker (holder of the IRA) will most likely take your penalty out of your IRA earnings.&amp;nbsp; To be absolutely sure, I would call them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
