    <description>TurboTax has me oweing arounr700$. I didn't file cause I was recently diagnosed with a terminal condition.Sould I pay the premium for live assistance or just pay it .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;47 years and I'm on a fixed income. Any one have a helpful opinion or suggestion?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no such thing as Form 1099-Gen. Is it a 1099-G, as VolvoGirl assumes? If so, please answer her questions. If it's not a 1099-G, please clarify what the form number is.&lt;/P&gt;
