NJ Pensions worksheet Part C error

Hi,

An error comes up that I need entries for the New Jersey Pensions worksheet, Part C Lines 1 and 2:

"Enter the cost for the annuity" and

"Cost covered in prior years".

Where do I ge these numbers from?

(This may or may not be relevant: I started collecting last year. In last year's 1099-r, lines 5 and 9b had substantial numbers. in tis years (2022) 1099-r line 5 has a small number and 9b is blank)
