To enter an investment sale from a brokerage account (1099-B), follow the steps below.

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Investment Income
On Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other, click the start or update button

Do you mean Investment Income? If so, in TurboTax Online, follow these steps to enter an investment transaction on an IRS form 1099-B.

Down the left side of the screen, click Federal.
Down the left side of the screen, click Wages and Income.
Scroll down to Investments and Savings. Click Show more to the right.
Click Start/Revisit to the right of Stocks, mutual funds, bonds, other.
At the screen Your investments and savings, click Add investments.
At the screen Let's import your tax info, click Enter a different way.
Click on Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds. Click Continue.

In TurboTax CD/Download, follow these steps:

In step-by-step mode, across the top of the screen, click Personal.
Across the top of the screen, click Personal Income.
Select i'll choose what I work on.
Scroll down to Investment Income.
Select Start / Update to the right of Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other.
At the screen Did you sell investments in 2022, select Yes.
At the screen Did you get a 1099-B, select Yes.
