Even if the 1099-R income was excluded (as it was on my return, see this CT page), the CT Income Tax withheld on the 1099-R should appear on your CT return.

Are you using the TurboTax Online product or the CD/download product?

I am using the CD/download product, and the $10,000 that I put into the federal interview appeared as a subtraction on line 4 on the CT-1040 as a subtraction, and the $500 I put at withheld for CT on the 1099-R appeared on line 18 of the CT-1040.

Are you using the Online product?

Nationwide Life Ins Co IIP Individual Annuities 1099-R not showing on CT state info, but it is in the federal return. How can I add it, as CT Income Tax was withheld.
