Several location want information on my 1099R. This is a pension plan, not an IRA or roth distribution. What do I do with BOXES 2b; 7; 12

I receive a pension monthly. the 1099R I do not have the information on the form to submit to the IRS Where else can this information be found?

If you have not received the Form 1099-R for your 2022 pension payments you need to contact the plan administrator or possibly go their website to see if the Form 1099-R is available online.

You cannot complete the Form 1099-R section without having the actual 2022 form.

Are these the "Checkboxes" in those areas?

TTX won't let you move on even though they are supposed to be empty?

There is a major issue with 1099-R forms that transferred over from last year when using the "Online" software!

IF those checkboxes are supposed to be blank?

First "X" then, and then un"X" them...and then they will be clear to move on.

(unless, for your form, they are supposed to be x-ed)
