      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can look into this for you if you would like to provide a token. &amp;nbsp;A token is a number supplied by the TurboTax database where a "sanitized" version of your return is put. Sanitized means that all personally identifiable information is removed, so we see your numbers but not your name, Social Security, business name, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To send us a token, please do the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;TurboTax Online: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the menu to the left.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Share my file with Agent.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A pop-up message will appear. Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to send the sanitized diagnostic copy to us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Provide the token number that is generated onto this thread.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;TurboTax Desktop:&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After reviewing your file, I corrected the tier error by deleting the state return and then going through the state return again. &amp;nbsp;To delete the state return in TurboTax Desktop, follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;With your return open in TurboTax, switch to Forms Mode by selecting the &lt;STRONG&gt;Forms&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon at the top-right corner of the screen&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From the &lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt; menu, choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Remove State Return&lt;/STRONG&gt;. (This won't delete your state program, just the state tax return)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select the return you want to delete and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to confirm&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to start a new state return, select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Step-by-Step&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon and then select the &lt;STRONG&gt;State Taxes&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
