      <description>&lt;P&gt;Eventually.&amp;nbsp; If the K-1 went into your late wife's estate, the &lt;B&gt;estate &lt;/B&gt;should include it in their return (1041) and then it will pass to you and (any other beneficiaries) on a K-1 from your wife's estate.&amp;nbsp; Include &lt;B&gt;that &lt;/B&gt;K-1 in your return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for your loss.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
