Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Additional Tax Payments

On Extra Tax on Early Retirement Withdrawals, click on start

No, that is why I could not find it. I received a letter from a company where I have an inherited IRA with a RMD. I called them a few years ago and said I think they were calculating the RMD incorrectly and they told me I was wrong. This year they sent me a letter that said they had been doing in incorrectly since 2017.
