Why is pension not included on line 4a of form 1040?

Line 4a of Form 1040 although higher than line 4b does not include my pension. However 4b has the correct total including my pension. How do I fix this? Or, should I file as is?

That should be ok, as long as 4b is right. Odd that 4a...

That should be ok, as long as 4b is right. Odd that 4a is higher without it. People are complaining about 4a being less than 4b.

4a includes a rollover distribution.
