      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to login, but the only file available to download was 2020.&amp;nbsp; I paid for 2022 tax year software on 11/3/2022 and it is not there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.
