      <description>&lt;P&gt;7%, 10% 12% and 22% are the "set"&amp;nbsp; voluntary withholding levels for those getting SS benefits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah...if you are just starting to get SS, it REALLY depends on how much taxable income you and your spouse expect to get for the next full year.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and whether either of you will still be working.....or getting other pension $$ too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
