      <description>I don't have the 1099-R for my TSA distribution, so I don't know what the code for it is. Does anybody know it?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry you need to get the actual 1099R from your plan. &amp;nbsp;Maybe you can log into your TSA account and get another copy. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
