If this transfer was a direct rollover from one financial institution to another, the 1099-R reporting the transfer will have a box 7 distribution code "G".

If you transferred the money yourself (indirect rollover), within 60 days of the distribution, when asked What did you do with the money from (bank)? select I moved the money to another retirement account (or returned it to the same retirement account) and I rolled over all of this money.
