Is this for retirement you are receiving? What form is it on? A 1099R or a RRB-1099? When you enter first enter it you have pick the right kind of 1099. Maybe you are in the wrong spot. You might need to delete it from this place and start entering it over at

Federal Taxes on the left side or top

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security

See the screen shots below. On the screen that asks what 1099-R you have, you must select RRB-1099-R, as shown in the screen shot.

Box 7 does not have to be entered. It's just the total of boxes 4, 5, and 6.
