      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are over a dozen kinds of 1099's---so what kind are you looking for?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you truly need a 1099R it is going to come from the financial institution that has your retirement account.&amp;nbsp; A 1099R will show a distribution that you took out of a retirement account.&amp;nbsp; Did you take money out of a an IRA, 401K, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
