      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you only get Social Security you do not have to file a return. &amp;nbsp;It is not taxable and there is no benefit in claiming dependents or deductions. &amp;nbsp;And you can't efile a return with zero taxable income. &amp;nbsp;If you want to file you have to print and mail your return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the new tax laws, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's or Short Form. &amp;nbsp; Everything goes on a little Form 1040 that has six extra "schedules" with it.&amp;nbsp; The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle. &amp;nbsp;You can still use the Free Edition.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
