Turbotax is listing (and taxing me on) a pension distribution that I do not have

If you did not receive a pension distribution and had no form 1099-R for it, then a form 1099-R must have been entered by error.

On the 1099-R summary page, locate that form 1099-R and delete it by clicking on the trashcan icon next to it.

That's the problem, there is no form on the summary page, then the amount appears on retirement income results page.
