This is a user community forum. No one can see what you are doing. If you are getting an error in the Review, and if there are no clues as to "which" 1099-R it is for, then you'll need to go back to the 1099-R interview and see if you have the address shown for each one.

If it's a standard IRS 1099-R form and not a customized form, the Payer's name and address is in the top left corner.
