      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will not be able to attach your 1099-B to the return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The attachment procedure is basically for the 8453-FE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Note that you can combine the 8453-FE with the 1099-B if you have the software to do so, but the IRS might not receive the attachment in the proper format (or may not receive it at all) if you e-file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is frustrating!&amp;nbsp; Also, why does the software indicate that I &lt;STRONG&gt;will&lt;/STRONG&gt; be able to attach it earlier when I dealt with the stock transactions?&amp;nbsp; I'm really surprised that there's no way to do this.&amp;nbsp; It must come up as an issue fairly often.&amp;nbsp; TurboTax Business is much less user friendly than the individual programs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
