&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;1099-DIV is a form which you receive when the stocks or securities you invested in gives dividends. Depending on how it was issued, it may be taxable income and you will have to report it on your tax return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;To enter 1099-DIV, please follow the steps below:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Home &lt;/STRONG&gt;from left side menu.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Wages &amp;amp; Income&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the main screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Scroll down till you see a section for &lt;STRONG&gt;"Interest and Dividends".&lt;/STRONG&gt; Within this section click on start next to&lt;STRONG&gt; "Dividends on 1099-DIV"&lt;/STRONG&gt;. click on Yes on the next screen. Then enter the information accordingly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nat Financial Svcs is the company that provides the various tax document downloads for Fidelity Investments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF you import your Fidelity tax forms, that's the Provider/Payer that is listed and used on the 1099-DIV, also the1099-INT,&amp;nbsp; -OID, and Form1099B/8949 if you any of those too. (and supposedly, the IRS can be traced back to Fidelity)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But I guess they would also be providing their tax document services to other companies too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
