      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are referring to the screen that asks, "Who gave you a 1099-R?", then your answer would be the first box, Financial or other provider.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If you are asking about the question, "Who paid you? (Payer)", in your case it would be Ford UAW or however the wording is presented under Payer's name on your 1099-R.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;....and if it's on a page following the main form, then that depends on what State you live in, as the options presented change depending on that state's laws.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just as a pure guess, For a "private" pension like Ford UAW....it's usually "None of the above", but for a few States like PA, that state has a lot of different selections, and the one you pick can depend on your age as to whether it's qualified for one of the other selections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
