&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;You have to enter that form 1099-R on your tax return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#444444"&gt;You can enter your form 1099-R by following these steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even though today is in 2022, we are doing 2021 tax return now, so you must claim it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
