    <description>&lt;P&gt;No. &amp;nbsp;They are optional in a normal situation, but I assume she won't have the same income in 2021 that she had in 2020 so there is no reason to submit them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mother passed away this past January.&amp;nbsp; I did her taxes on TurboTax and it had 1040-ES forms.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to submit these quarterlies?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
