I need help finding it (1099-R) and updating it. I am not sure where I am supposed to go

A form 1099-R reports distributions from your retirement plan.

Distributions are generally taxable except in case of rollovers, qualified distributions from a Roth IRA or when your IRA has basis.

You have to enter that form 1099-R on your tax return.

You can enter your form 1099-R by following these steps:

In TurboTax, open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Wages & Income on top of the screen
Scroll down to All Income, locate the section Retirement Plans and Social Security and click on Show more
Click Start next to IRAs, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
