You should get a 1099R every year for it. They have to send it to you by Jan 31. Maybe they have your address wrong. Or you can probably get a copy online from your pension plan.

True...I no longer get 2 of my 1099-R forms in the mail....because I've set them up to be electronic only....so I only get them by downloading from my Online account as PDF files.
