It depends.

I have attached a picture of the 2019 Schedule 3 below. As shown, there are various credits listed on the form. Depending on which credit you rolled over to 2020, will determine how to enter and report on this year's return.

Did you apply some or all of your 2019 refund to 2020?

If it didn’t transfer over from last year, then enter a refund from last year that you applied to this year here. BUT first make sure it’s not already there. You don’t want to apply it twice.

Other Income Taxes - Click the Start or Revisit

Next page scroll down to 2019 Refund Applied to 2020

Click Start or Update by the tax you applied
