      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Review&amp;nbsp;in the left hand margin.&amp;nbsp; If it clears Review, you will proceed to the File&amp;nbsp;process.&amp;nbsp; There you will need to provide proof of identity&amp;nbsp;and have the AGI from your 2019 tax return.&amp;nbsp; When asked how you want to pay for your Minnesota tax due, indicate you will mail the payment in.&amp;nbsp; That should take you to the filing process where you can print your returns then file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;...really though...you should never pay the taxes due until AFTER you have e-filed, and had the&amp;nbsp; filing accepted already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why?&amp;nbsp; What if your e-file is rejected, and your correction to get it to go thru results in either a lower tax...or more taxes owed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
