I started to received social security disability this year. I entered the information from my 1099 SA. When doing the error check it is asking for a payee address and recipient address. IS that the address of social security and my address? I did not have a distribution from my retirement account nor did my wife.

Form 1099-SA is from an HSA. CSR 1099-R is from OPM. Neither of these is a SSA-1099 reporting Social Security benefits. A Form 1099-SA must have the HSA administrator shown as the payer.

No payer address is needed for a SSA-1099, nor does TurboTax ever ask you to enter one.

Perhaps you entered the SSA-1099 in the wrong place in TurboTax. If so, delete the form erroneously entered and enter the SSA-1099 information under Social Security (SA-1099, RRB-1099).
