      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you report the 1099R it will ask if you rolled the entire amount over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if you did not pay in the amount that was withheld for the income taxes, then this amount will be taxable to you as only the net was rolled over. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will &lt;B&gt;enter the 1099R&lt;/B&gt; in TurboTax and it will show the&lt;B&gt; box 4 amount of taxes withheld.&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To enter pension and annuity Payments (1099-R)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click on Federal Taxes &lt;BR /&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click on Wages and Income &lt;BR /&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)&lt;BR /&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security&lt;BR /&gt;•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
