    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-note-subject"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-note-description"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-note-body"&gt;&lt;P&gt;i entered the 1099-r from my deceased sister, who was 57 when she died.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after answering al the questions,&amp;nbsp; turbo tax stated i was 70 1/2 in 2020, which is incorrect, as i am now 68.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i correct this information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the turbo tax program never asks me about her.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; i perused information on the IRS website and found publication 575 and 525 regarding income and wages.&amp;nbsp; turbo tax wants to make it an IRA item; this is a return of her unused employee contributions to a qualified pension plan and has nothing to do with any type of IRA.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for responding&lt;/P&gt;</description>
