    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 1099 MISC income, but I put 1/3 of the income in self employment 401k account. Now 2019 turbotax is quite different from previous yrs, I don't see a place allow me to enter how much I put as self employment 401k. so have to pay a lot tax even if 1/3&amp;nbsp; money already in small business 401k account. where and how how to enter in self-employed turbotax software? Last yrs when went through, it will ask you how much you set aside, and what max you can set. this year the features gone&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

self-employed retirement in TurboTax Self-Employed: &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open your return and click on
     &lt;B&gt;Search&lt;/B&gt; at the top right of your
     screen&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the Search box, type &lt;B&gt;self-employed
     retirement&lt;/B&gt; then
     click on the magnifying glass icon on the right&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the results page. click on
     &lt;B&gt;Jump
     to self-employed retirement&lt;/B&gt; &lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;TurboTax will take to a page
     where you enter your individual 401(k).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
