    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a 1099R for our 403b and IRA retirement distributions.&amp;nbsp; Received one page with each mutual fund and IRA fund listed with the individual amounts and all the info that you would get if you had individual 1099Rs.&amp;nbsp; If I report each one separately in TT, there is no place to indicate the fund number or name.&amp;nbsp; So each entry looks the same with the Company information but with a different amount distributed for each fund.&amp;nbsp; Can I enter a total for all 403b funds and a total for all IRA funds and only enter 2 entries?&amp;nbsp; The IRA funds were used for QCD.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Enter them separately. You do not need to enter the Fund name. The IRS does not need to match it to a particular fund. It is not like a 1099-B. They just need to know the name and TIN of the issuer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
