      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although TurboTax mistakenly ties the QCD question to the RMD question, there is no such tie in the tax code.&amp;nbsp; An RMD can be taken as a QCD or not and a QCD can be part or all of your RMD or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
