How to complete RMD (Using CARES ACT) part on on Website Program?

Cannot complete RMD Cares ACT. No place to indicate that I did not take an RMD distribution in 2020. So program keeps taking me in circles back to RMD boxes.

RMDs have been waived for tax year 2020.

If you took a distribution and have a form 1099-R, when entering the form, you can answer None of this withdrawal was a RMD (see screenshot below).

Sorry I took so long to reply. I tried your suggestion a few times, but still was not able to complete tax program on Turbo Tax website. I talked to the IRS. An agent told me to just delete the RMD portion of forms, because I had used the CARES Act. I did that, and then the program was able to finish up and I was able to e-file my taxes. Grubber1
