Why does the block numbers on my 1099-R not match with TurboTax Deluxe issue under "State Information?"

Several issuers have sent out 2020 1099-R forms with boxes 12 and higher....that do NOT comply with the new/proper IRS approved...2020 1099-R box numbering format.

Boxes 12,13,14 for 2019 forms are now supposed to be numbered 14,15,16....

SO...carefully match the "subject" of each box in your paper/PDF 1099-R form to the Software form before entering the $$ & state ID & numbers needed.
