      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you collect Unemployment?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unemployment compensation is generally taxable income to you, so&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Form 1099-G&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;gives you the amount of unemployment benefits you must report on your tax return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you did not collect Unemployment,&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; received a 2019&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;state refund&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, credit or offset of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;state&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;or local income, that amount will be shown in Box 2 of your&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1099&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;G&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;form.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
