      <description>&lt;P&gt;since contributions must be deducted from your paycheck, leaving early is a form of prorating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if your paycheck is large enough you may hit the limit on your first paycheck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
