      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommend you go back to the federal section and delete the 1099-r then close and reopen the program and enter the 1099-r again manually and make sure to answer all of the questions in the follow-up screens in that section. Then restart the state return again and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
