1099g my form doesn't have numbered boxes. It does say my total payment was $83.00 and my tax withheld is $57.00.

How to enter Unemployment 1099-G: There will be a area where you can select to include the federal amount withheld. I will include a screenshot.

Click the Federal Taxes Tab( Personal Tab in Home & Business)
Choose Wages & Income
Choose Explore on my own or I'll choose what to work on
Locate the Unemployment area - Click the Start or Update Button
